Learner Drivers have been allowed on motorways since June 2018

The Government changed the law and learner drivers are now allowed to drive on motorways - but only when accompanied by a qualified driving instructor in a dual controlled car. Learn in a MINI learners are now experiencing driving on a motorway before passing their tests!
